„National Cluster for Intelligent Transport and Energy Systems (NCITES) is a non-profit organization working for private benefit. A voluntary association of companies and experts willing to work together to build and develop intelligent systems in transport, energy and administrative management.
To date, NCITES brings together 12 Bulgarian companies and 3 persons working to build an entrepreneurial platform to achieve greater efficiency than the financial and human resources they have. Cluster members with their financial and human capacity can design, build and bring into operation mega systems for the needs of large business and government.
Since February 2017, the National Cluster for Intelligent Transport and Energy Systems was successfully categorized by the Ministry of Economics, Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the "Cluster Expansion" category.

Clusters built within the consortium provide broader opportunities and comfortable conditions for participating in private and state tender procedures. A reference example in this direction is the participation in an international consortium that builds an IT model of an Advanced System for Prevention and early detection of forest fire (ASPires project), funded by the European Commission and the Consortium.
